Wagga Wagga is located halfway between Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra on the highway and half way between Sydney and Melbourne by rail.
Located on the banks of the Murrumbidgee river and with a population of around 57,000
Wagga is the largest provincial city
center in New South Wales Australia.
Wagga is located only three hours from the nations capital and two hours from the snow. The Snowy Mountain Hydro Electric Scheme generates electricity for major part of Australia. The hills of Tumut provide fresh trout fishing, one and half hour drive to the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area, it is the home of the sun white rice
brand, which produces most of Australia rice, as well there are twenty five wineries plus large number of citrus orchards and stone fruit farms
With the Kapooka Army base, RAAF air force base and Charles Sturt university located in
Wagga. It has the hub of a large metro city with bush surrounding
